On Wednesday afternoons in the odd-numbered weeks, I teach Integral Pelvic Therapy at Dana Center.

Integral Pelvic Therapy (IPT) is like a journey we take together, where I am your temporary guide. Together we explore how you are doing. What your pelvis has to tell you and what you need with your request for help. During the session I offer you safety, unconditional attention and caring touch. To help you heal on a physical and emotional level. All of you is welcome.

I feel fortunate to have experienced firsthand how IPT can make life more beautiful. Every IPT session I give makes me even more enthusiastic. Because I see again and again how IPT can help to heal complaints around the pelvis, emotional pain, problems with sexuality and learn to restore the connection between head, heart and pelvis. Every time again I experience gratitude for how I can connect people with the wisdom of their body. Awareness is always the beginning of transformation.

My background in the visual arts has kept my mind open and curious. Through my years of experience as a holistic massage therapist and individual systemic coach (family constellations), my hands have become skilled in attuned touch and helping people relax. I always look at a person and his/her request for help from the context.

Moreover, both men and women are welcome to come to me for IPT.

In short, if you want to read more about my methods, see www.hierbenjij.nl.
If in doubt whether IPT can do anything for you, email info@hierbenjij.nl.

An appointment can be made through Dana Center.
